Framed Folklore Artwork - Widecombe Fair

This piece is A3 (11.7" x 16.5" / 297mm x 420mm​) in size with the mount and frame additional to these dimensions making the final piece larger overall by approximately 6" on each axis (approx. as the framing for each instance is bespoke and therefore unique).

All artwork is giclée using genuine Lucia Pro pigment inks (archival: 200y) on Hahnemühle German Etching 310gsm paper for the very highest standard. All framing is bespoke and made uniquely for your artwork.

 

The piece is double sealed both backboard to glass, and also at the frame rear ensuring no ingress of small foreign objects. It is bespoke, hand-framed in solid wood and available in black, white or natural wood stains.

Artwork is shipped in generous bubble wrap between protective sheets of MDF. All shipping materials are environmentally friendly where possible.

Any damage to your artwork received in transit will be replaced upon return.

So they harnessed and bridled the old grey mare.

And off they drove to Widecombe fair,

Then Friday came, and Saturday noon.

But Tom Pearce's old mare hath not trotted home,

Peter Davy, Dan'l Whiddon, Harry Hawke,
Old Uncle Tom Cobley and all,
Old Uncle Tom Cobley and all.

 

So Tom Pearce, he got up to the top o' the hill.
All along, down along, out along lea.
And he seed his old mare down a-making her will,
With Bill Brewer, Jan Stewer, Peter Gurney,

So Tom Pearce’s old mare, her took sick and died.

And Tom he sat down on a stone, and he cried
